Ingredients
- 2 oz BNAAA Mezcal
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz agave nectar (or 3/4 oz orange liqueur)
- Salt for the rim
- Lime wheel
Made with BNAAA Mezcal, the mezcal in every recipe here.
Method
- Run a lime wedge around half the rim of a rocks glass and dip it in salt.
- Shake the mezcal, lime juice and agave hard with ice for 12 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with the lime wheel.
Tip. Skip the orange liqueur and use agave nectar if you want the mezcal to lead. Use half of each if you want it rounder.
