Ingredients
- 3/4 oz BNAAA Mezcal
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz yellow Chartreuse
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Made with BNAAA Mezcal, the mezcal in every recipe here.
Method
- Shake everything with ice for 12 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- No garnish.
Tip. Green Chartreuse works if that is what you have. It is stronger and more herbal, so pull it back to 1/2 oz.
