Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 oz BNAAA Mezcal
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • Orange peel

Made with BNAAA Mezcal, the mezcal in every recipe here.

Method

  1. Stir all three with ice for 20 seconds.
  2. Strain over a large cube.
  3. Express the orange peel over the top and drop it in.
Tip. Cheaper to batch than to build. Mix a bottle of equal parts, keep it in the fridge, pour over ice on Monday.
